Right on the slopes of Vesuvius on the outskirts of Naples. Excellent view out over the city.

The owner was very friendly and spoke some English. The view from the terras was nice, we could see the ocean! The hotel was close to the Vesuvius ! Enough room to park.
The breakfast was limmited to italian croissants and toast (with jelly or toast). The bathroom had a shower over the toilet, not so practical ... The hotel is found in a run-down neighbourhood. Restaurants were hard to find...

I stayed on the second floor (us 2nd floor, Europe 1st floor) and had a great view of the Bay of Naples, Naples, and Capri.
I was unable to get a WiFi signal in my room.

Bit far from Ercolano station. Shower would benefit from a lip to keep the water in.

Between Herculaneumeum, Vesuvius, Naples, and Pompeii, and no more than 20 minutes from all of them. The owner/manager was great, giving us free coffee each morning and selling us some sparking apple wine he made himself. AC worked fine and was clean, nice balcony on second floor but not such a great view. Plentiful parking, great pizza restaurants a kilometer or two away.
The bathroom was a bit outdated, the showerhead sprayed water across the bathroom, and internet could only be accessed out on the balcony (if at all), or downstairs near the lobby.

Price was reasonable if you have your own car. Location is not ideal if dependent on local public transport.
Wifi was not available in the room as advertised in Booked.net. It was available in the lobby, but internet access was intermittent and slow at best. Breakfast at 5 eur per person was not good value.
